Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at PunchyKids!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@punchykids.com. From there we will start the process. 

Hi! I’m Megan, owner and founder of Punchy Kids. I’m a mom of four amazing kids, right in the thick of parenting. I have always had a passion for living a full and meaningful life and luckily married a man who shares the same values. We seek to THRIVE in all aspects of life – that doesn’t mean we are always thriving, but that is the GOAL! 

A few years ago, as I was working on healing and nourishing my body after my fourth baby, I had the realization that I wanted to do more to help my kids thrive. I knew their nutrition was a key element to that, and it had been…well… lacking! We definitely had some picky eaters on our hands and a plate of veggies just wasn’t on their bucket list. As I tried all the crazy methods we as parents employ to get our kids to eat more veggies and nourishing foods, I just got exhausted and frustrated.  That’s when I had the idea to create something my kids could get excited about.  A convenient supplement PACKED with fruits, veggies, probiotics and lots of other nourishing foods to give my kids exactly what they needed to live a full and vibrant life.

It was not easy! It took almost two years to bring Punchy Kids to life and the result is a product that my kids LOVE and that we are very proud to share with each of your families.  We hope it helps ease some of the burden you feel in feeding your kids, and most importantly, we hope your kids love how they feel!
